Regional Produce Store & Cooking School at Wingham
A purpose built cookery and cheese making school, with a regional produce store is located in the old heritage-listed “Gibson and Skinner” butcher shop site. The 1911 butcher shop has been restored to return it to commercial use and the regional food store compliments the cooking school and gives local growers a permanent retail outlet for their products. Regular food and wine workshops will include Asian cooker, pasta and bread making, basic cookery and children’s cooking classes. Phone Donna on 0419 490 312
